Overview
This guide covers everything you need to integrate AppsKitSDK (AKS) into your iOS app: getting the frameworks into your project, Podfile and Info.plist setup, SDK initialization, calling every ad format, events and logging, local storage, and the built-in debug tools.
Download the SDK from the AKS Portal: select iOS and click Download — this downloads a .zip file containing the .xcframework folders.
AKS is distributed as two prebuilt .xcframework binaries that you vendor directly into your Xcode project — there's no CocoaPods/SPM coordinate for AKS itself:
AKSKit.xcframework— the core engine: ad loading/mediation, remote config, events, and logging. Its classes are exported through Objective-C interop, so some signatures carry Kotlin-flavored types (PlatformContext,KotlinInt?, etc.) rather than fully native Swift ones — you'll see this throughout the guide.AppsKit.xcframework— a Swift facade that wrapsAKSKitwith a friendlier, idiomatic surface:AppsKitSDKAdsManagerIOS,AKSBaseAppDelegate, and the per-network ad handlers. This is the facade this guide builds around.
Get the latest pair of .xcframework folders by downloading the latest zip from the AKS Portal — there's currently no package-registry equivalent for iOS, so "the latest AKS for iOS" means "the latest downloaded zip," not a version string you bump in a manifest.
